A special DNA of Bitfabrik lies in the airline industry, which has been one of our strongest customer groups for over twenty years.

We design processes, carry out projects and operate mission-critical systems, for example for the care and maintenance of aircraft.
Aircraft maintenance is referred to as MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) process and forms the central hub for aircraft maintenance. Keeping downtimes as short as possible also forces us to ensure high availability of all the applications and systems involved. We not only provide the application itself (mainly AMOS), but also carry out the technical data maintenance in the maintenance environment. In addition to SaaS (Software as a Service), we also carry out technical tasks.

Furthermore, the ground processes are no strangers to us. Whether check-in at the manned counter, self-service at the kiosk or on the web, baggage procedures or load in balance processes, these are all subject areas that are not unknown to us.
