Check-in machines of a German airline (from product replacement to implementation)

Constant cost pressure is not only forcing airlines to adapt operational processes. A lack of specialists and shorter throughput times lead to a stronger focus on alternative solutions. The machines had to be optimized for short repair processes and short check-in procedures. A project with high implementation speed and complexity when integrating into the customer's CKI environment.
